3-in-1 Soft Plyo Box

I’ve been using this box for box jumps and step-ups, and the soft foam really lets me push my limits without worrying about shin bruises. The three heights are easy to switch between, which keeps my circuit flow smooth.

The triple-height design is perfect for progressive box jumps—I started on the shortest side and worked my way up. Landing on this foam core feels much more forgiving than a wooden box, which gives me confidence to push harder.

First time doing box jumps at home and I'm actually not terrified of missing—the soft foam gives just enough give that my shins feel safe, and the three height options mean I can progress without buying another piece.
