4mm Yoga Mat

The non-slip surface gave me total confidence during a sweaty hot yoga session, no sliding at all. It's thin enough to feel the floor but still provides a solid layer of cushion for my knees in tabletop pose.

The 4mm thickness is just right—firm enough for balance poses but still cushioned for my knees in low lunges. The non-slip surface has held up through some seriously sweaty sessions without shifting once.

I was a bit worried the surface might be too slick, but the non-slip grip is surprisingly solid even in downward dog. It's thin enough to feel the floor for balance poses yet still provides good cushioning.
