槓鈴彈簧夾

Snapped these on mid-workout and they haven’t budged a millimeter through a full set of heavy squats. The steel grips bite hard but release easily when I need to swap plates, which is exactly what I wanted.

Was a bit worried they’d slide during heavy squats, but the black handles grip the bar tight and haven’t budged once. Swapping plates between sets is quick too, since they pop on and off without a fight.

The steel grips click onto my bar with a satisfying snap and haven't budged once during heavy squats. No more worrying about plates shifting mid-set.
